This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through alignextechnology.com and describes the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements may be issued.

1. The 90-Night Comfort Guarantee (Eligibility)
We stand behind our Alignex Pro with a 90-Night Comfort Guarantee. We want you to truly experience the ergonomic benefits.
You can return the product if it does not improve your daily comfort, provided it is returned in good condition.
A return will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been severely damaged, torn, or destroyed by the customer.
  • The return request falls outside the 90-day window.

2. Order Cancellations & Packages in Transit
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Strict Transit Rule: If the customer wants to cancel before receiving the package, it is not possible. If you are still waiting for your package and it is in transit, you have no right to cancel. You must wait to receive the item before initiating a standard return process.

3. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back.

Your request should include:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Reason for the return

4. Return Authorization
Returns must be approved by our support team before shipment.
If your return request is approved, you will receive our authorized return address located in Germany, along with instructions on how to send your item.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility, unless the item:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Arrived defective
  • Or the wrong item was delivered

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Alignex cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund
